With a background in economics from Carleton University, Penny began her career in marketing and sales before transitioning into entrepreneurship as the owner of the popular Kemptville coffee shop Brewed Awakenings. Her experience as a small business owner shaped her relationship-driven approach and deep appreciation for community connection.

In 2013, Penny followed a lifelong dream and entered real estate, where she brings together business expertise and a people-first mindset. She works with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, investors, and individuals navigating major life transitions. Penny understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful and is known for guiding clients through the process with professionalism, empathy, and ease. Often describing herself as a “real estate matchmaker,” she takes pride in tailoring her approach to each client’s goals and lifestyle.

Penny has been part of the North Grenville community for over 25 years and raised her family just outside Oxford Mills. She remains actively involved in her community and is a member of the Oxford Mills Community Association, reflecting her long-standing commitment to giving back and staying connected to the place she calls home.
